RTPI Northern Ireland present various annual awards to local schemes and young and inspiring future Planners.
The NI Awards for Planning Excellence are usually launched at the start of the year. The aim of these awards is to showcase and celebrate the best plans, people and projects throughout Northern Ireland.

The Hugh McKay Memorial Award is presented at Queens University Belfast and the NI Student Project Prize is presented at University of Ulster.
